COACHING
Coaching for Greater Clarity, Confidence, and Connection
Sometimes you don’t need therapy—you need practical guidance, honest feedback, and a clear plan for moving forward.
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to help you better understand your patterns, build effective skills, and take meaningful action. Together, we’ll identify what is getting in your way, clarify what you want to change, and develop strategies that work with your personality, strengths, and real-life circumstances.
My coaching approach is informed by my experience as a licensed psychotherapist and grounded in an understanding of attachment, relationships, neurodiversity, and human behavior.
Is Coaching Right for You?
Coaching may be a good fit if you are generally functioning well but want support with a specific goal, skill, transition, or area of personal growth. It is future-focused and action-oriented, with an emphasis on insight, accountability, and practical change.
Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not include diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If concerns arise that would be better addressed through therapy or another form of care, we can discuss appropriate next steps or referral options.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before getting started. You only need a willingness to become curious about your patterns and take the next step toward the life and relationships you want.
Coaching is available in four areas.
