Coaching for Adults with ADHD
So many ideas. So much effort. Still feeling stuck.
You know what you want to do—but getting started, staying focused, and following through can feel exhausting. Maybe you’re juggling unfinished projects, losing track of time, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities. You’re working hard, yet still wondering, “Why is this so difficult for me?”
I see the effort behind that question. And I want to help you find a way forward that feels more manageable.
Diagnosed later in life? A new understanding. A new beginning.
Maybe you spent years wondering why everyday tasks felt so difficult, why you could excel in some areas but struggle in others, or why the strategies that worked for everyone else never seemed to stick. You may have learned to compensate, push yourself harder, or hide how much effort it took to keep up.
An ADHD diagnosis in adulthood can bring a powerful sense of relief. It can also bring grief for the support you didn’t receive, frustration about being misunderstood, or questions about what might have been different if you’d known sooner. You’re allowed to feel all of that.
My Experience with ADHD, Your Path Forward
For much of my life, I felt different but couldn’t quite put my finger on why. I struggled with disorganization and forgetfulness and often felt like I was constantly trying to catch up. During my second year of graduate school, while working on the literature review for my master’s thesis, I struggled to get through a single research article and retain what I’d read. That experience prompted me to seek an evaluation, which led to my ADHD diagnosis.
I bring that personal perspective to my work while honoring that your experience may be different from mine. Together, we’ll recognize your strengths, identify where you need support, and develop practical strategies that fit your everyday life.
I invite you to get curious—and even excited—about getting to know yourself through a more compassionate lens! Understanding yourself can open up new possibilities for how you live, work, and pursue what matters to you.
